Deuteronomy 25:5--
"...Her husband's brother shall take her and marry her and fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to her..."
Following biblical tradition, on June 17, 2007, after both of their spouses had passed away(of very similar lung conditions --ostensibly induced by working at Hanford Nuclear Plant),John's father, Royce Wingfield took John's aunt, Carol Wingfield, to be his wife.
It was an especially sweet ceremony in their backyard, attended by family and friends.I wish them all the best in their new life together.
